Mental health is more important than ever. IF we can create a safe haven for those who want to find a better way of dealing with stress through healthy habits and sharing our positivity, this would be the club for them!
We, as a club, will do mini workouts, inspire each other to do better/be better, spread positivity through notes, daily affirmations, t-shirt making, letter writing and create a better self-image. This is a club that offers positivity from within, as well as sharing it.
