Hazelgreen School Arrival and Dismissal Procedures

  • Car riders should be dropped off and picked up using our lane on the playground.
  • Please enter at the northeast gate and exit at the southeast gate.
  • Please remain in your vehicle.
  • Car riders can arrive between 8:15 am-8:30 am
  • Anyone arriving after 8:30 am, MUST enter at the office.  The student MUST be walked in and will receive a tardy slip.
  • Car riders will be dismissed at 2:47 pm
  • The playground gates will be opened at 8:00 am for drop off and 2:30 pm for pick up
  • Families may not use the staff parking lot to wait to enter the car line.  Our staff must be able to easily enter and exit the parking lot.
