Updated Immunization Information
Pre-Kindergarten students are required to have one (1) pneumococcal vaccine.
Kindergarten and 6th grade students are required to have two (2) Varicella injections (chicken pox).
6th grade students are required to have the Tdap and Meningococcal immunications. The Illinois Department of Public Health recommends that all persons 10 years of age and older get vaccinated with the Tdap to protect against the ongoing threat of whooping cough.
6th grade students are required to have the Hepatitis B vaccination series (3 shots) completed.
Students in 6th grade will be required to have the Menactra or MC4 vaccine (meningitis). 2nd dose will be required for 12th grade. We recommend you discuss this with your health care provider.
Current district immunization data is required to be submitted to the State Board of Education by November 15th of every year. Click here for the current school year's data.
